GENERAL DESCRIPTIVE
THEORY
- Goethe’s colour theory as a scientific base for the appearance of colour.
- Rudolf Steiner’s theory about light, darkness, colour.
- Rudolf Steiner’s theory about the human being – unity, polarity, threefoldness, fourfoldness, the two streams of incarnation, seven foldness, biography, salutogenese…
- Collot d’Herbois’ artistic and therapeutic theory in light, darkness and colour.
PAINTING and THERAPEUTIC EXERCICES
- Artistic and therapeutic exercises after Steiner and Liane Collot d’Herbois in light, darkness, colour on different supports : charcoal and watercolour.
- Analysing and synthesizing case studies in order to recognize characteristics and to be able to establish a diagnose in light-colour-darkness.
- Creating an individualized therapeutic path.
INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEWS and SUPERVISION
MEDICAL SUPPORT
CONDITIONS
Students should have minimal 25 years of age. They are expected to work intensively at home, by practicing painting as well as charcoal exercises. This means the homework takes at least the same amount of hours as spent at school
The training consist of 4 years with 28 to 36 days a year. For those who want certification 1 or 2 years with supervision and support in professional practice are added. Therapeutic training ends with the written and oral presentation of two case studies and the defense of a treatise. A certificate of competences, recognized by iARTe –International Coordination of Anthroposophic Arts Therapies Educations– is given for this occasion.
To register, we ask to send a motivating letter with the essentials of the biographical events relating to health and illness, crises and accidents. To participate in an admission interview.
Price : 3600 euros for 5 meetings. Material not provided. Possibility to request scholarship or payment by instalments.
Classes are given in French or in English. Summaries in Dutch or German are possible.
