The image of Man given by Rudolf Steiner in its tripartite, quadripartite constitution but also in its spiritual component – trainer and organizer of different bodies – laid the foundations on which Liane Collot d’Herbois created the structure of her artistic and therapeutic activity. This is how, thanks to the tools received from these great predecessors, we were able to advance in an increasingly elaborate research allowing to decrypt the pathologies in their respective signatures, then to propose an individual therapeutic path, adapted to the person in pain.
It is important to emphasize again here that the diagnosis in light, darkness and color allows to perceive the tendency to go towards a type of disease well before it reveals itself and thus to intervene preventively.
Doctor Ita Wegman insisted that in art therapy, three basic principles must always be respected: mastery of the artistic subject, openness to everything concerning illness and possibilities for healing, and in an approach that is not only artistic but also scientific. Liane Collot d’Herbois fully respected these conditions and passed them on to her students. This is how it was possible for us to present a reliable study based on solid foundations.
Free images are the basis of our diagnosis and we sincerely thank the people who entrusted them to us. They have enabled research that continues to grow over time. This study has allowed us to present some of it to you.
We renew the wish made in our first edition to continue this research with new doctors and therapists interested in creating bridges between their practice and ours.
We remain convinced that it is a necessity and the source of enrichment for all.
